SITE CREW

“I’m all about recycling because it’s such a benefit for the environment! I enjoy the Bay!” says Bill Beall, Site Superintendent for Pierce’s Park. “My son and I are crabbers and we want the Bay to be here for our grandchildren. I enjoy taking kids crabbing so they can appreciate the bounty of the Bay.” Bill is determined to follow the best practices for keeping the Pierce’s Park site safe and the Bay clean. “Pierce was a wonderful human being and very generous. It is an honor to be able to help build this tribute to his memory.”

Zachary Beall, his son, has worked along side him as a laborer for the past year. Bill Gaff has just come on board a few months ago. Carl Jones is Bill’s “go to guy”. Whenever he needs something picked up at the shop and delivered right away, that’s his man. Sergio Orellana began as a laborer four years ago, but he proved to be really good at operating the Gradall, so he’s been doing that ever since. “Pierce Flanigan was a good man and this is a good place to work” says Sergio.

Everyone who works for Flanigan feels part of the team. It’s truly like a big family.
